As with all shredding to decide which machine best suits your needs you need to determine how much material you need to shred.
We supply many of the commercial bedding companies in the U.K. with our specially converted cross cut machines. If you only want
to produce enough paper bedding for your own horses, we have smaller machines available (see below).
If you are looking to commercially produce paper bedding for horses there are a few things you need to consider:

How you supply the product
The main system we supply is based on the EBA 5240. It is conveyor fed, with large sturdy side tables.
This means it is fast and easy to use. Depending upon the type of paper used and the skill of the operator
average output is between 12 to 15 bags an hour.
Some stables prefer to use bales (because storage and handling is the same as a bale of straw or hay).
This is no problem, we have a range of balers for sale or rent as well!
